Safety Plates

The Slipsafe safety plate is a steel backed product with a high solids, heavy duty anti skid surface designed for application to slippery dangerous areas to provide a safe firm foothold in all situations, even after heavy spillage and soiling of the surface.

This material is long wearing, safe, highly visible in a full range of safety colours, resistant to most Acids, Solvents, Alkalis, Grease, Oil, Hydraulic Fluids, Saltwater, Alcohol.

Step Edges

Also available in this material is a full range of stair nosing pieces, these are designed to give full grip on step edges and a high degree of visibility to ensure full compliance with Australian Standards, in particular AS 1428.4 (1992) a standard for the visually impaired.

The available colour range is Safety Yellow, Brown, Lt.Grey, Dk. Grey and Black, other colours can be manufactured as required. Backing material Colourbond, Zinc alum, Stainless Steel. Slipsafe is currently researching fibreglass backing material for future use.
